Important: Always enter your Student ID (e.g. NCI0001) as the M-Pesa Account Number. This is how the system finds you and posts the payment to your statement automatically.

Step-by-step
- 1On your phone, open M-Pesa or dial *334#.
- 2Select Lipa na M-Pesa.
- 3Choose Pay Bill.
- 4Enter Business Number: 247247
- 5Enter Account Number: your Student ID (e.g. NCI0001)
- 6Enter the amount you want to pay.
- 7Enter your M-Pesa PIN and confirm.
- 8You'll receive an M-Pesa confirmation SMS. Your fee balance updates automatically.

Always use the student's Student ID as the reference, then send a copy of the deposit slip to the registrar.

Send the M-Pesa confirmation SMS to +254 796 101490 (WhatsApp) with your full name and admission/course so we can post it to your account.
NB: Please note that all fees paid to Nairobi Culinary Institute (NCI) are non-refundable. Applicants are advised to confirm their course choice and payment details before making payment.
